TradeLocker does not have one master login for all accounts across different brokers or prop firms.
The account selector only shows accounts that are already attached to the same login, and TradeLocker cannot link or move accounts across different brands.
You can switch between accounts or environments only when both accounts belong to the same broker or prop firm and are attached to the same login.
If the Live and Demo accounts are under the same brand, you can switch between them from the account selector. If they belong to a different brand or broker, you cannot switch between them from the same login. In that case, you must log out and then log back in with that provider’s own credentials.
This means that switching between Live and Demo is only possible when both accounts are under the same brand and the same login. If they are not, the platform will not switch between them.
On desktop, the account selector is in the bottom left corner. On mobile, it is in the top right corner.
If you do not see the other account in the selector, it usually means it is not attached to the same login. In that case, please contact your broker or prop firm to confirm that both accounts are under the same credentials and server.
