Important
If panels or buttons appear missing, they are usually hidden rather than removed or broken.
Most platform panels can be shown or hidden manually using toolbar buttons or keyboard shortcuts.
Common examples
Examples of this behavior include:
Buy and Sell buttons missing
Markets panel not visible
Trades panel hidden
Drawing tools missing
Floating order panel disappeared
Unable to place trades because order controls are not visible
Example:
“How come the buy and sell button is not on the screen anymore? I’m not able to place any trades.”
How to restore Markets or Trades panels
On the left side of the platform:
Click the Markets icon to restore the Markets panel
Click the Trades icon to restore the Trades panel
Keyboard shortcuts:
Press M → toggle Markets panel
Press T → toggle Trades panel
How to restore Buy/Sell buttons (Order panel)
If the order panel is hidden:
Press O to show or hide the floating order panel
You can also:
Re-enable it from the side toolbar
Drag the panel anywhere on the chart
How to restore drawing tools
If drawing tools are missing:
Locate the toolbar near the timezone clock and timeframe selector
Find the small arrow button (>)
Click it to toggle the Drawing Tools panel

Once panels are visible again, you can hide the ones you do not need to create more chart space.
