Important
The version of the TradeLocker desktop app you should install depends on whether your Mac uses Apple Silicon or an Intel processor.
Installing the wrong version may prevent the app from working correctly.
How to check your Mac chip
Click the Apple menu () in the top-left corner
Select “About This Mac”
Look for either:
“Chip” → Apple Silicon devices
“Processor” → Intel devices
Which version to download
Apple SiliconIf you see:
Download the Apple Silicon version of TradeLocker. | IntelIf you see an Intel processor name, download the Intel version of TradeLocker. |

Once you confirm your chip type, download the matching version of the TradeLocker desktop application from the website.
