Tap to Trade (also called TTT) is a third-party integration created and operated by AkashX or TradeXMastery that allows users to execute trades on their TradeLocker account through the AkashX ecosystem. TradeLocker does not control or manage Tap to Trade.
When users enable Tap to Trade they authorize their TradeLocker account to connect with the AkashX system. Once connected, AkashX sends trade instructions to the account and TradeLocker forwards them to the broker’s trading server.
Tap to Trade connection, signal delivery, and trade triggering logic are fully managed by AkashX or TradeXMastery. TradeLocker cannot see signal approvals, connection logs, or signal delivery events. Because of this, Tap to Trade issues must be investigated by AkashX.
If a user reports that Tap to Trade did not connect, did not approve, or that accepted signals did not execute trades, they must contact AkashX support.
