What this means for you

➡️ Your account is already waiting for you, so just accept the invitation. In case you can't access the portal for some reason, please reach out to us at brand-support@tradelocker.com.
➡️ Save any important tickets from this portal as soon as possible.
➡️ You also got access to the Partner Portal—your one-stop shop for:
- Integration guides.
- Marketing materials for the partnership announcement.
- Product updates & maintenance announcements.
- Ticketing on the Support portal.
To access the Partner Portal, simply enter your Name and Email associated with TradeLocker.
Communication guidelines
Going forward, use the Partner portal to access integration guides, get updates, and download marketing materials.
For any technical or product questions, simply submit a ticket on the Support Portal. This is now the central place where you can communicate directly with our support team.
