Authentication blocked - Device time mismatch detected

Your device system time is out of sync with the server.

Authentication is blocked when your device time differs from the server beyond the allowed limit.

The error message shows both your device time and server time to help you identify the difference.


What this means

Your device clock is out of sync with the server.

The system compares:

  • Server time

  • Your device time

If the difference is greater than 5 minutes, authentication is blocked.


How to fix

  1. Adjust your device time so it matches the server time shown

  2. Enable automatic date & time synchronization (recommended)

  3. Restart the application

  4. Try again


Expected result

Once your device time is within the allowed range (less than 5 minutes difference), authentication will succeed.

  • The exact time difference is shown in the error message

  • This is a device-side concern, not related to your account or platform

  • Time zone differences are not the root cause, the actual clock difference is

If your device time matches the server time but the error still appears:

  • Restart your device

  • Ensure automatic time sync is enabled

  • Contact support with a screenshot of the error
