Who controls available instruments

The instruments you can trade in TradeLocker are determined by your broker or prop firm.

This includes:

  • Which symbols are enabled on your account

  • Trading hours

  • Contract specifications

  • Spreads and commissions

  • Symbol naming (including suffixes)


What this means

TradeLocker does not control instrument availability or conditions.

Everything related to pricing, symbols, and access is defined by your broker or prop firm based on your account setup.


Symbol types and suffixes

Some symbols may include suffixes such as:

  • .pro

  • .mini

  • Other variations (e.g. .x)

In general:

  • .pro β†’ usually tighter spreads with commission per lot

  • Standard / no suffix β†’ wider spreads, often no commission

  • .mini β†’ smaller contract sizes

Exact conditions depend on your broker.

  • Check instrument details inside the platform

  • Reorder or manage your favorite instruments
