Important
The server name is always provided by your broker or prop firm.
TradeLocker does not create, assign, or manage server names.
If the server field is missing or empty, this is a broker-side concern and only your broker or prop firm can provide the correct information.
What is a server
The server acts as a unique identifier that connects you to your trading account environment.
It works as the connection between:
Your TradeLocker platform
Your broker or prop firm’s trading infrastructure
Without the correct server, login will fail even if your email and password are correct.
Where to find your server
Your server name is included in the welcome email sent by your broker or prop firm.
This email usually contains:
Server
Login email
Password
Trading environment information
Try searching your inbox for:
“TradeLocker account”
Your broker or prop firm name
Saving this email for future reference is recommended.
If you are a first-time user
If you have not created a broker or prop firm account yet, you will not have server details.
First create an account through a TradeLocker-supported broker or prop firm:
After registration, your broker or prop firm will send the login credentials and server information by email.
If you already have an account
If you already registered but cannot find the server:
Search your inbox again
Check spam or junk folders
Contact your broker or prop firm and request the credentials email again
Only your broker or prop firm can resend or correct server information.
Avoid login mistakes
To reduce login errors:
Copy and paste the server directly from the email
Copy login email and password exactly as provided
If the server field is empty
An empty server field is not expected behavior.
This usually means:
The credentials email was incomplete
The broker or prop firm did not provide the correct server
Only the broker or prop firm can correct this.
Keep in mind
All account credentials and access details are managed externally by your broker or prop firm.
