The email you created your account with is the email you input when logging into our platform.

Here are 3 quick checks to troubleshoot this message:

  1. Copy & paste: Always copy your credentials directly from the email to avoid typos.

  2. Password reset: If the message persists, you can try resetting your password via your broker/prop firm's dashboard.

  3. Notify your broker about the error: They control your credentials and platform access.

Important: Your account is handled externally by your broker or prop firm.

TradeLocker cannot view or reset passwords.

Message content contains:

  • I cant log in with the password you guys gave me

  • The server and password for the demo account would let me log in i have a certain time to pass the level so I can keep my account active

  • It won't let me log in. I'm already entering the information provided in my email, but I still can't access it.

  • I cant log into my demo account
