Wrong password, server and email combination

Login credential mismatch during log in

Important

Your TradeLocker credentials are fully managed by your broker or prop firm.

TradeLocker cannot:

  • View passwords

  • Reset passwords

  • Change server details

  • Modify account credentials


What this means

This message usually appears when:

  • The email is incorrect

  • The password is incorrect

  • The server is incorrect

All login details must exactly match the credentials provided by your broker or prop firm.


Copy and paste credentials

Always copy credentials directly from the original email instead of typing manually.

Pay close attention to similar-looking characters such as:

  • O and 0 (capital letter O and number zero)

  • l and I (capital letter I and lowercase letter L)


Verify the correct email

Use the same email address originally used when creating the trading account with your broker or prop firm.


Check the correct server

Use the exact server provided in the welcome email.

If the server is missing or unclear, contact your broker or prop firm.


Reset password through your broker

If the concern continues:

  1. Open your broker or prop firm dashboard

  2. Reset or change the password there

  3. Try logging in again using the updated credentials


If the concern continues

Contact your broker or prop firm directly.

They manage:

  • Login credentials

  • Server access

  • Account activation

  • Platform permissions

Only they can verify whether the credentials are correct and active.

Examples include:

  • “I can’t log in with the password provided”

  • “Wrong password or server combination”

  • “Demo account login not working”

  • “Credentials from email are rejected”

  • “Cannot access my account”
