Please note that your original welcome email from your broker/prop firm contains your server, username, and password.
*a quick inbox search (e.g. “TradeLocker account” or your broker’s name) might help you find it. Save that email for future reference.
If you prefer to reset the password, do it via your broker/prop firm’s account dashboard:
Sign in to your broker's portal.
Open Account/Profile/Securitysettings.
Select Reset/Change Password and follow the prompts.
If you can’t locate the password reset or access the portal, please contact your broker/prop support.
TradeLocker cannot view or reset passwords.
Your TradeLocker login password is separate from the password you use to access your broker’s dashboard. The dashboard password is typically created and managed by you. TradeLocker passwords aren’t set directly by users; your broker or prop firm provides the TradeLocker login details, including a system-generated password. If that TradeLocker password needs to be changed, it has to be done through your broker or prop firm.
