To delete or remove accounts from TradeLocker and ensure your personal data is fully removed, please follow these steps:
Log in to your broker’s or prop firm’s dashboard, as they manage your account details.
Find the account you want to delete (inactive, failed, blown, etc.) and use their delete option.
Once deleted on their side, the account will be removed automatically from your TradeLocker profile.
To permanently delete your TradeLocker account and all personal data, request this directly through your broker or prop firm.
If you encounter any difficulties, please contact your broker’s or prop firm’s support team for assistance.
Please keep in mind that TradeLocker is only a trading platform and does not have the authority to manage or delete accounts.
In case you have already deleted your account on your brokers or prop firms dashboard:
Once the account is removed there, it may take some time for the changes to synchronize and reflect on the TradeLocker platform.
