Delete account

Account deletion must be done through your broker or prop firm

Important

TradeLocker cannot delete your account.

Your account is owned and managed by your broker or prop firm, and all deletion requests must be handled through them.


What this means

TradeLocker only provides the platform interface.

All account management actions, including deletion and data handling, are controlled by your broker or prop firm.

When your account is deleted on their side, it will also be removed from TradeLocker.


How to delete your account

  1. Log in to your broker’s or prop firm’s dashboard

  2. Go to account settings or account management

  3. Locate the account deletion option

  4. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the process

Once completed, your account will be removed from TradeLocker automatically.


Data removal

When your account is deleted through your broker or prop firm, associated personal data is also removed.


If you cannot access your account

If you do not remember your login details:

  • Contact your broker or prop firm directly

  • Request account access or deletion support

TradeLocker cannot recover credentials or access your account.


If your account is already inactive or deleted

If you believe your account is inactive or already removed:

  • Contact your broker or prop firm to confirm its status

  • Ask them to complete or verify the deletion


Good to know

After deletion, it may take some time for the changes to reflect in TradeLocker.

Direct communication with your broker or prop firm can help speed up the process.
