Important
TradeLocker cannot close or modify trades on your behalf. Your account is owned and managed by your broker or prop firm.
Trade execution is fully controlled by your broker or prop firm. TradeLocker cannot override, force close, or change positions.
If an action fails, it means the broker’s server is most likely rejecting the request: Trading refused
What this means
TradeLocker sends your request to the trading server, but the broker or prop firm decides whether it is accepted.
Since your account is controlled by your broker or prop firm, all execution permissions come from their side.
If you cannot close a trade or modify Stop Loss or Take Profit, the restriction is coming from the broker side.
The platform only reflects the response from the trading server.
Common reasons
This can happen if:
The order is already being processed
The position was already closed or partially closed
There are risk rules or trading restrictions on your account
Margin conditions are preventing the action
Temporary broker-side limitations are in place
What to do
Contact your broker or prop firm support
Provide details of the trade
Ask them to check the execution status on their server
They are the only ones who can investigate and resolve this.
