If copy trading is not working
First, check with your broker or prop firm.
Confirm that your account credentials are active, that copy trading is allowed, and that there are no restrictions on APIs or third-party connections
If everything is enabled on your broker's or prop firm's side, contact the copy trading provider directly. Share your screenshot, account ID, server details, and the exact step where syncing fails. They are responsible for the connection and integration.
