Please note that TradeLocker does not currently offer direct copy trading as a platform feature, so these partnerships are the key to accessing it.
TradeLocker can’t troubleshoot or support third-party tools like trade copiers directly, since those connections and sync processes are handled on the copier’s side. Please contact their support directly with your screenshot, account ID, server, and the exact step where syncing hangs.
Also, please confirm with your broker/prop firm that your credentials are active and that there are no restrictions on your account related to trade copying or external integrations. Some firms enforce specific rules around copying, API/bridge access, or third-party connections.
If your broker/prop firm confirms copying is allowed and trade copier still can’t connect, copier's team will be the right party to investigate the integration details.
