Wrong account showing after login

Use this guide if TradeLocker shows an older, failed, or different account after you log in instead of the account you expected.

If TradeLocker opens the wrong account after you log in, follow the steps below.


Log out from all devices

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Go to Security.

  3. Select Log out from all devices.

  4. Log back in using the credentials for the account you want to access.

Still seeing the wrong account?

If the account still doesn’t appear after logging back in, contact your broker or prop firm.

Ask them to verify:

  • Your account is active.

  • The account is assigned to your login credentials.

  • You’re using the correct login credentials.


Why do I need to contact my broker or prop firm?

Your broker or prop firm manages:

  • Challenge accounts

  • Account assignment

  • Login credentials

  • Account access

TradeLocker cannot:

  • Change which trading account is assigned to your login.

  • Move challenge accounts between logins.

Only your broker or prop firm can verify or update these settings.
