Important
TradeLocker does not support custom user-defined timeframes. Only predefined timeframes available in the platform can be used.
What this means
You cannot create custom intervals such as 12-minute or other non-standard timeframes.
You can only select from the timeframes provided in the chart selector.
How to change timeframe
To view available timeframes:
Click on the current timeframe shown on your chart (for example 1m, 5m, 1h)
Select a different timeframe from the list
If you need a specific timeframe, you can choose the closest available option.
Historical data limitation
Chart history is limited to approximately 20,000 candles.
This means:
Lower timeframes (seconds) show a shorter time range
Higher timeframes (daily, weekly, monthly) cover a longer period
Feature request status
Custom timeframes have been requested and shared with the development team.
This feature is currently in the backlog for future platform updates.
There is currently no confirmed timeline for when custom timeframes may be introduced.
