We have multiple timeframes available. You can find all our available timeframes by clicking on the 1m, 5m, 1h, 15s (depending on what you have selected) in the upper left corner of your chart.
TradeLocker doesn’t support custom timeframes at the moment (for example, 3-minute, 12-minute, or other user-defined intervals). You can use the standard timeframes available in the timeframe selector.
If you share the exact timeframe you’re trying to use, I can suggest the closest equivalent for now. Your request for custom timeframes has been noted for future updates.

Note: Historical data may currently be limited to around 20,000 candles. Depending on the timeframe you select, this can cover very different date ranges. For example, on second-based charts it will only go back a relatively recent amount of time, while on higher timeframes like monthly it can span much further back.
