Important
TradeLocker currently supports only in-app push notifications for price alerts. SMS alerts, email alerts, and custom sound alerts are not available.
How to create price alerts
First check if your Plus button is visible. Enabling it in chart settings is required before proceeding.
Right click on the price chart
Toggle 'Plus button' from the menu
Desktop
Hover over the pricing panel
Press the 'Plus button' to select a specific price to set an alert to
Mobile (Android)
Open chart settings using the gear icon
Enable the “Plus button”
Press and hold on the chart to create an alert
Managing alerts
Once created:
Alerts appear directly on the chart
Alerts can be managed from the Alerts tab in the bottom panel
Alerts can be removed using the X next to the alert line
Alert troubleshooting
If alerts are not working correctly:
Confirm the Plus button is enabled
Restart the app
Verify device notifications are enabled for TradeLocker
