Important
TradeLocker does not currently support built-in custom sound alerts for notifications.
Notification sounds are controlled by your device’s own system notification settings.
What this means
TradeLocker can send notifications to your device, but the sound behavior depends on:
Your operating system settings
Device notification permissions
Device sound profile and volume settings
This means:
Notifications may arrive silently
Different devices may behave differently
Sound behavior is not controlled directly inside TradeLocker
If notifications arrive without sound
Check:
Device notification permissions
Silent or Focus modes
System notification sound settings
TradeLocker notification permissions
The notification itself may still be delivered correctly even if no sound plays.
Feature status
The development team is aware of the limitation regarding custom sound alerts.
Support for additional notification sound functionality may be added in future platform updates.
Feature updates and announcements are also shared in the TradeLocker Discord community.
If notifications are missing completely
If notifications are not arriving at all, this is considered a technical concern and should be reported to support.
Provide:
Device type (mobile or PC)
Device name/model
Operating system and version
Examples:

Missing notifications and missing notification sounds are two separate concerns:
Missing sounds are usually device-setting related
Missing notifications entirely may require technical investigation
