Currently, TradeLocker does not have the ability to add sound alerts to notifications.
The sound alerts you hear on your device are controlled by the notification settings in your device's system settings. So, while the app can trigger notifications, the sound will depend on your device's overall notification settings.
Our development team is aware of this limitation, and they are considering adding the option for sound alerts in future updates.
IMPORTANT: If notifications are missing completely (notifications are not getting sent / not delivered to user's device) - this is a technical issue and user must provide us with details of device they are using:
Type of device (mobile, PC)
Name of device
Version of software - OS
