Report missing platform notifications to support

Important

Missing or delayed notifications should be reported directly to human support for investigation.

Technical details about your platform and device are required for troubleshooting.


Report immediately if

  • Notifications not arriving at all

  • Notifications arriving late or delayed

  • Notifications appearing on desktop or web, but not on mobile

  • Push notifications missing on iPhone or Android

  • Alerts appearing only after opening the app

  • Duplicate notifications

  • Trade notifications not appearing

  • Price alerts not triggering

  • Notifications stopping after logout or app update

  • Notifications working on one device but not another


What to include in your report

Platform used

Specify which interface you are using:

  • Web browser

  • Desktop app

  • Mobile app

If applicable, also include:

  • Browser name

  • Desktop app version

  • Mobile device type

Device details

Provide:

  • Device name or model

  • Operating system and version

Examples:

  • Windows 11

  • macOS Sonoma

  • iPhone iOS 18

  • Android 14

These technical details help the support team:

  • Reproduce the behavior

  • Check platform compatibility

  • Investigate notification delivery more accurately

Incomplete device or platform information may slow down troubleshooting.


Sounds for notifications

TradeLocker does not currently support built-in notification sounds for all notification types and platforms.

If you are receiving notifications without audio alerts, this may be expected behavior depending on the device and platform you are using.
