TradeLocker platform maintenance done by TradeLocker development team is almost always scheduled on weekends (Saturday and Sunday), when our developers perform routine work to keep the platform stable and up to date.
During the maintenance, the trading engine will be partially offline, which means that pending orders & SL/TP MIGHT NOT trigger. Please plan your trades accordingly to avoid unexpected behavior.
Please note: All users will be automatically logged out during this maintenance period. Make sure you have your login credentials ready so you can sign back in once the platform is live again.
Before maintenance: avoid opening new trades or placing time-sensitive pending orders close to the start of the window. If you must keep positions open, make sure your stop loss and take profit are already set and double-check them in the Positions panel. If your strategy depends on fast execution (news, scalping), pause it for that period.
During maintenance: don’t rely on repeatedly refreshing or re-logging as a “fix.” If the platform is in maintenance, you may temporarily lose the ability to place, modify, or close orders. If you’re running Studio bots, stop them ahead of time and resume after the platform is fully back.
After maintenance: log out and log back in once, then verify that prices, charts, and your open positions/pending orders look correct. If something looks off, take a screenshot right away and report the exact server name and approximate time it happened.
One important note: market execution and trade handling are ultimately performed by your broker/prop firm, so if you had any trade outcome concerns during maintenance, they are the party that can review execution and balances.
Then will my pending orders execute if there is any maintenance break on demo account?
Important: this is only applicable during weekends. Our maintenance is always announced upfront by email and in our Discord community. Maintenance is never set on weekdays.
