Uptime status

Checking TradeLocker platform status and outages

Important

TradeLocker provides a public status page showing the real-time health of TradeLocker services and infrastructure.

What the status page shows

The status page reflects the operational status of:

  • TradeLocker platform services

  • APIs

  • Infrastructure managed by TradeLocker

This includes:

  • Platform uptime

  • Service interruptions

  • Maintenance events

  • Platform-wide outages

What the status page does NOT show

The status page does not reflect the status of:

  • Brokers

  • Prop firms

  • Broker servers

  • Market data feeds

  • Liquidity providers

  • Trade execution systems

A broker or prop firm may still experience concerns even if the TradeLocker status page shows all systems operational.

If everything shows operational but concerns continue

If the status page shows normal operation but you still experience concerns related to:

  • Trading

  • Pricing

  • Account access

  • Executions

  • Broker-side restrictions

you may need to contact your broker or prop firm directly.

Common examples

Examples include:

  • “Is TradeLocker down?”

  • “Are servers offline?”

  • “Platform outage?”

  • “Why can’t I trade?”

  • “Is there maintenance?”

  • “Is the system operational?”

Useful to know

The TradeLocker status page should not be used as confirmation that a broker or prop firm is fully operational.

It only reflects systems directly managed by TradeLocker.
