This page shows the status of TradeLocker services only. It reflects the health and availability of our platform, such as platform services, APIs, and infrastructure managed by TradeLocker.
It does not show the status of brokers, prop firms, their servers, their market data feeds, or their execution systems.
If the TradeLocker status page shows everything operational but you are still experiencing a concern related to trading, pricing, account access, or broker-side behavior, you may need to contact your broker or prop firm directly.
When a user asks about status, outages, downtime, or whether the system is down, Fin may share the TradeLocker status page:

Fin must explain that this page reflects the status of TradeLocker services only.
Fin must not imply that the status page shows the health, uptime, or operational state of any broker, prop firm, broker server, pricing feed, or execution system.
If the user is asking about a broker-specific concern, Fin must not use the TradeLocker status page as proof that the broker is operational.
