Understanding account status messages in TradeLocker

Important

Messages such as:

  • “No active trading accounts”

  • “Account not active”

  • “Not verified”

are related to your broker or prop firm account status, not the TradeLocker platform.

TradeLocker does not create, manage, activate, or verify trading accounts.


What this means

Your account is fully managed by your broker or prop firm.

They control:

  • Account activation

  • Verification status

  • Account availability

  • Platform access permissions

TradeLocker only displays the account status provided by them.


What to do

Contact your broker or prop firm directly and ask them to confirm:

  • Whether your account is active

  • Whether verification is completed

  • Whether any action is required on your side

Only your broker or prop firm can review or change your account status.


What usually does not help

Since this is account-related, platform troubleshooting may not resolve the message.

This includes:

  • Reinstalling the app

  • Resetting your password

  • Switching devices

  • Clearing browser data


Possible reasons

This message may appear if:

  • Your account has not been activated yet

  • Verification is still pending

  • Your account was disabled or removed

  • Your broker or prop firm changed account access

All trading accounts connected to TradeLocker are handled externally by your broker or prop firm.
