No active trading accounts

If you see a message such as “no active trading accounts”, “account not active”, “not verified”, or similar, it means your trading account is not currently active or available.

This type of message is related to your account status, not the TradeLocker platform.

TradeLocker is a trading platform provider and does not create, manage, or control trading accounts.

Your account is fully managed by your broker or prop firm. This includes activation, verification, availability, and access.

TradeLocker cannot see your account status or make any changes to it.

Because of this, platform troubleshooting actions such as reinstalling the app, resetting your password, or switching devices might not resolve this message.

In some cases, this may indicate that your account is not yet activated or is no longer available.

To get precise information about your account, please reach out directly to your broker or prop firm.

They can confirm the current status of your account and let you know if any action is required.

Tip: All trading accounts are handled externally by your broker or prop firm.
