MT5 and TradeLocker are two separate trading platforms. Your inquiry seems specific to MT5 and MT4 meaning it's outside our support scope.
You can’t use TradeLocker to access MT5 trading, and you can’t log into TradeLocker with MT5 login details.
‘MT5’ is the platform (software), not the account owner. The account is provided by your broker or prop firm, and they decide which platform you can use.
If your broker migrated to MT5 and no longer offers TradeLocker, then you must create a new account to continue trading on TradeLocker. Find all available brokers and prop firms on our Hub: tradelocker.com/hub

MT5, MT4, Meta Trader, C Trader, Match Trader are all standalone platforms separate from TradeLocker.
