TradeLocker does not have access to your login credentials and cannot recover or reset them directly.
All account access and credential management is handled by your broker or prop firm.
What login details to use
Your TradeLocker login credentials are created and managed by your broker or prop firm.
TradeLocker does not use usernames. To log in, you only need:
Email
Password
Server
The same login details are used for both Demo and Live accounts.
Server
Use the exact server name provided by your broker or prop firm in your login details.
Use the same email address you used when registering with your broker or prop firm.
Password
Use the system-generated password sent by your broker or prop firm.
These passwords are usually generated automatically and may contain:
Letters
Numbers
Symbols
To avoid mistakes, copy and paste the credentials directly from the email.
Pay attention to similar-looking characters such as:
O and 0 (capital O and number zero)
l and I (capital I and small letter L)
If you cannot find your login details
Search your inbox for the original login email
Check spam or junk folders
Contact your broker or prop firm and request the credentials again
Be ready to provide:
Your account number
Your registered email address
