We currently don't have one master login for all accounts across different brokers or prop firms.
Multiple accounts feature is already in our pipeline and on the way to implementation!
Until then, here are simple workarounds:
Same broker/prop: You can easily switch between accounts within the platform.
Different brokers/props: Open one account on the Desktop App and another in a separate web browser to stay logged in simultaneously.
You’ll need to sign out of your current account before logging into an account from a different broker or prop firm.
You also can’t rename your accounts or add custom labels right now. We’ve scoped a feature to let you set an in-app display name/alias per account; it’s in our backlog for a future updates, and we’ll note it in the release notes when it deploys.
If the accounts are under the same broker/prop firm, you can switch them from the account selector inside TradeLocker. Click your account name/ID (located in the bottom left of your screen on desktop and located in the top right corner on mobile app), then choose the other account from the list. Your platform view will reload under that selected account.
If you don’t see the other account there, it usually means the broker hasn’t attached it to the same login, please contact your broker/prop firm to confirm both accounts are under the same credentials and server. You can not switch between accounts in different environments (demo and live).
