Switching between accounts in TradeLocker

Important

TradeLocker does not use one master login across different brokers or prop firms.

You can only switch between accounts that:

  • Belong to the same broker or prop firm

  • Are attached to the same login credentials

  • Use the same server environment

TradeLocker cannot merge, link, or move accounts across different brands.


What this means

The account selector only displays accounts already connected to your current login.

If your accounts belong to different brokers or prop firms, you must log out and sign in separately using that provider’s own credentials.


Switching between Live and Demo accounts

You can switch between Live and Demo accounts only when:

  • Both accounts belong to the same brand

  • Both accounts are attached to the same login

If they are not connected to the same login, switching will not be available.


Where to find the account selector

Desktop

The account selector is located in the bottom-left corner.

Mobile

The account selector is located in the top-right corner.


If you cannot see another account

If the other account does not appear in the selector, it usually means:

  • It is not attached to the same login

  • It belongs to a different broker or prop firm

  • It uses different server credentials

In this case, contact your broker or prop firm to confirm:

  • Both accounts are under the same login

  • The same server is being used


Useful to know

TradeLocker only displays accounts provided by the currently connected broker or prop firm environment.
